You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Vivasmoothie Ltd will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary.
You undertake that all details you provide to Vivasmoothie Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
If, upon receipt of your order, you decide you no longer require the products, you can return them unopened and with the original invoice within 30 days of receipt to Vivasmoothie Ltd and we will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate Vivasmoothie Ltd shall refund any additional customs duties borne by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt. Your credit card will be re-credited as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Vivasmoothie Ltd in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Vivasmoothie Ltd.
Vivasmoothie Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept any goods which are not returned in mint condition at its sole discretion. Vivasmoothie Ltd also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please check the quality of your goods while the driver is with you. If your box or package looks damaged we will replace when we are notified immediately on delivery.
Delivery
Vivasmoothie Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. We use a 24 hour delivery service to UK addresses and a 48 hour delivery service to addresses in Europe, but we cannot be held responsible if delivery time exceeds these estimates. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Vivasmoothie Ltd has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
